MK Apparel was quick to respond when I inquired about embroidered hats. The process was very smooth. All I did was send a picture of the embroidery I wanted and picked out the hats I would like the design on (large selection to choose from). MK reached out for my opinions on the colors of the embroidery, and I told them to do what they felt would look best with the color of the hats. The hats arrived very quickly and look perfect! I can't wait to wear them this winter.
