🔧 General Questions

We offer in-house screen printing & embroidery. We are also a distributor for a multitude of promotional items.

We are located at 25 N Main St, Edgerton, WI 53534

Yes, we have Edgerton Crimson Tide apparel and accessories, as well as general Edgerton apparel and accessories available for sale. We also have some samples on hand you can check out. Our storefront is usually open during normal business hours, but if we’re super busy our doors will be locked. It’s best to set up an appointment to view items.

As a small shop, our hours can vary. However, we try to be here Monday-Friday 8am-11am & 12pm-3pm. There are days we do not make it into the shop, work outside of these hours, or only work some of the hours.

👕 Screen Printing & Embroidery

Our minimum for screen printing is 6 pieces per design. We do not have a minimum for embroidery. In both cases, the more you order, the more you save, especially at lower quantities.

The answer to this is typically yes. The items must be brand new, unsoiled. However, if it is an item we can get through our suppliers, you likely will not end up saving money. Our pricing structure includes a markup to the garment price, so even if you bring in your own items, a markup may still apply. You as the customer also accept all liability for items you supply. MK Apparl will not replace and will not refund for screen printing or embroidery mistakes.

Embroidery is based on the garment, stitch count, and quantity.

Yes we do. Please mention this in your quote request so we can get you accurate pricing.

Screen printing uses ink that’s pushed through a mesh screen and directly onto the garment. It’s best for larger orders and designs that need durability and vibrant color. The result is long-lasting and holds up great to repeated washing.

Heat press, on the other hand, involves applying a design (like vinyl or a transfer) onto the garment using heat and pressure. It’s ideal for smaller orders, custom names and numbers, or full-color images. It’s quicker for short runs but may not last as long as screen printing over time.

Absolutely! Reach out to our team and we’d be happy to help.

We no longer charge a fee for setting up an online store. However, if your online store is offering screen printed items, you must meet a 24 piece minimum or you will incur a charge for whatever is not sold.

Additionally, we do charge a processing fee on each order. This may vary slightly, but is typically around 4% of the order total. This processing fee is charged to your customer.

Most online stores are open for 2 weeks. Depending on the popularity of your store, it will take 2-3 weeks after store closure for orders to be completed.

Yes, however we may limit the amount of items you can offer.

🕒 Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is 3 weeks. This may increase during peak seasons or on very large or complicated orders.

We offer rush services most of the time, however they are only available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us if you need your order rushed. Rush fees will apply.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If your order is shipping, you will receive information as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier.

💳 Payments & Quotes

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and local checks.

We offer Net 30 or other terms to businesses we have a strong relationship with.

We require 100% payment upfront before anything is ordered, printed, or embroidered.

📦 Shipping & Pickup

Yes, our preferred carrier is UPS, although we will occasionally ship with other carriers. We also offer in-house freight for a fee.

You can pick up your order during normal business hours. If you need to pick up outside of those hours, please contact us.

🎨 Artwork & Design

Yes we do. Simple designs will not incur an art fee, but complex designs or logos will be charged at a rate of $65/hr.

We can work with .png, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, and .eps for embroidery. We ONLY accept vector artwork in .pdf, .ai, or .eps format for screen printing. Raster artwork that we need to vectorize will incur an art fee.

Yes. There is a $35 fee per PMS matched color that is not one of our stock colors.

👥 Group & Contract Work

Our pricing is quantity based, so yes. However, we can only discount so far.

At this time we only offer contract embroidery services. You must be an approved decorator or retailer to receive contract pricing.

Please reach out to us directly. This will depend on availability.

🙋‍♂️ Policies

As our items are made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns. If we made an error, we will discuss reprinting or refunding.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, it is assumed you accept your order as-is.

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
