As 2025 approaches, we’re making some updates to our embroidery and screen printing pricing. These changes reflect increased material costs, inflation, and our ongoing commitment to delivering the best quality and service for you. We’ve held off on increasing our prices for as long as we could, but these adjustments are necessary to ensure we can continue to meet your needs. Here’s everything you need to know:

What’s Changing?

Screen Printing:

  • Pricing Increase: Screen printing prices will increase by 5%.
  • Screen Set-Up Fees: We’re separating screen set-up fees from standard pricing. The new rates are:
    • $27 per color, per location for first-time set-ups.
    • $20 per color, per location for repeat set-ups.
    • Waived Screen Fees: Orders of 144+ pieces with the same design will have screen fees waived.
  • Minimum Order Requirements: We’re introducing a 6-piece minimum for screen printing, with a $100 minimum order (not including screen fees or garments).

Embroidery:

  • Hourly Rate Adjustment: Embroidery pricing will now reflect $70/hour of machine time, up from $65/hour. This adjustment ensures we maintain our high standards while managing increased operational costs.

When Does This Happen?

  • The new pricing goes into effect January 1, 2025.
  • Pending orders and quotes placed before January 15, 2025 will still honor current pricing.
