What is Contract Decorator Pricing?

Our contract decorator pricing offers significant discounts to customers who are wholesaling our products. This exclusive pricing is available only to vetted and qualified non-competing wholesale garment embellishment providers who use our services for that purpose.

Who Can Use Our Contract Decorator Pricing?

Access to our contract decorator pricing may sometimes require a minimum commitment contract, though typically, either party can terminate the agreement at any time. All customers must sign a purchase and usage statement, confirming that any decorated items are intended for direct resale.

What Are the Project Requirements for Contract Pricing?

To qualify for contract pricing, each project must adhere to the following guidelines:

Customer-Provided Garments:

  • We are happy to work with your provided garments, as long as they meet the following criteria:
    • The garments must be new, never worn, and sourced from an authorized garment distributor.
    • They must be of print quality, free from excessive lint, pills, fuzz, pet hair, etc. (All tags and stickers should be removed.)
    • A 2% damage or spoilage allowance applies, so please provide extra garments to account for possible misprints.
    • While misprinted garments will not be replaced, MK Apparel reserves the right to discount or waive printing or sewing costs as appropriate.

Minimums:

  • Orders below the specified minimum quantities will be billed at the standard rate. Pricing is based on the number of pieces per design. Flat items and hats cannot be combined to meet quantity thresholds.

Embroidery:

Minimum: While we technically have no minimum, orders under 48 pieces are priced at higher rates.
Turnaround Time: 10-15 Business Days.
Digitizing Charges:

  • Custom lettering will incur a minimum one-time charge of $15.
  • Custom logos will incur a charge of $35 per hour.
  • New embroidery files will incur a one-time charge of $35-$75 depending on size.

NOTE: While we can use customer provided digitized files, we are not responsible for the quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our company. We will provide an estimated stitch count if your file has not been digitized yet to give you a rough idea on how much you will be charged, however we cannot provide a 100% accurate quote until the file is digitized. You must pay the digitizing fee ahead of time, or provide a digitized file, for us to provide a final quote.
