Specifications and Requirements for
Contract Decorator

What is contract decorator pricing? We can provide large discounts to customers looking to wholesale our products. These customer have been vetted and qualified by us directly as noncompeting, wholesale garment embellishment providers, and are using our services for that purpose. This pricing is only available to those customers, exclusively.
Who can use our contract decorator pricing? In some case, we may require a minimum commitment contract from your company, but typically, either party may terminate the contract at any time. All customers, however, are required to sign a purchase and usage statement specifying that any decorated items are meant for direct resale.
What are the project requirements to be considered contract? Each project must meet the following guideline in order to receive contract pricing. Typically, decorators provide their own garments for decoration. These garments must meet our project guidelines and limitations as follows:
- CUSTOMER PROVIDED GARMENTS: We will gladly print your customer provided garments provided the following:
- The garments are NEW, NEVER WORN, and provided by a AUTHORIZED GARMENT DISTRIBUTOR.
- They are of print quality and free from excessive lint, pills, fuzz, pet hair, etc. (ALL TAGS AND STICKERS SHOULD BE REMOVED)
- 2% damage or spoilage allowance applied so customer should provide for misprint replacements.
- Misprinted garments will not be replaced, however, MK Apparel reserves the right to discount or waive printing or sewing cost as an applicable recourse.
Minimums: Orders below listed minimums will be billed at standard rate. Quantities for pricing purposes determined by number of pieces per design. Flats items and hats cannot be combined for quantity.
Color Matching: No colors shown on mock-ups, logos, artwork, or the like should be considered color matched to a Pantone (PMS) color.
