Clear expectations for custom apparel orders. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order with MK Apparel.

Custom Apparel Policy

Because most products we produce are custom-made, special rules apply.

All items produced by MK Apparel are custom-made to order. As a result, all sales are final once production has begun. This includes screen printing, embroidery, uniforms, spirit wear, promotional items, and any other custom-decorated products.

By approving artwork proofs and placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for all details including sizes, quantities, colors, garment styles, and spelling.

Defects & Errors

If there is an issue caused by MK Apparel — such as a production defect or an error that does not match the approved proof — we will work with you to correct the issue.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of order pickup or delivery. After this period, orders are considered accepted.

MK Apparel is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-supplied garments, incorrect information provided by the customer, or changes requested after proof approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to production beginning. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the work.

Any setup costs, artwork preparation, digitizing fees, or materials already ordered are non-refundable.

Customer-Supplied Garments

While we do accept customer-supplied garments in some cases, MK Apparel cannot guarantee outcomes on items not purchased through us.

We are not responsible for defects, damage, or inconsistencies caused by the quality, construction, or condition of customer-supplied garments.
