MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
These Mobile Terms explain how MK Apparel communicates with you via SMS/text messaging.
The MK Apparel mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by MK Apparel LLP (“MK Apparel,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms, and your continued participation in the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to MK Apparel’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring text messages sent through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include:
- Service-related messages: order updates, account alerts, notifications
- Promotional messages: promotions, specials, or marketing offers (when applicable)
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and participation in this program is completely voluntary.
2. Message Frequency & Fees
Message frequency varies. MK Apparel does not charge for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan or contact your provider for details.
3. Opting Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (833) 797-2050 or by using an unsubscribe link (if provided).
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact or opt in again.
If you are subscribed to multiple MK Apparel message programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

5. Changes to Messaging Numbers
We may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. We will provide notice when required by law. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to numbers no longer in use.
6. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-enroll in the Service using your new number.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MK Apparel is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of text messages, errors in message content, or actions taken in reliance on information provided through the Service.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
