What makes a good hat logo:
Block letters, simple icons, and clean wordmarks translate best to embroidery on a curved surface.
3–5 thread colors is ideal. More is fine — embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, not color count.
Thin lines, small text under 4mm, and gradients don't stitch well at hat-logo scale. We'll advise on your design.
Structured caps hold embroidery better than unstructured — for detailed logos, always prefer structured.
