Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric. Each color in your design gets its own screen. The ink is cured with heat, bonding permanently to the garment fibers — creating vibrant, durable prints that hold up wash after wash.
It's the gold standard for high-volume, multi-color graphics on soft garments. The more pieces you print, the lower the per-unit cost — setup is spread across the run, so volume is your friend.
We match ink to Pantone Solid Coated values for consistency across every run and reorder.
Minimum 6 pieces per design. Pricing improves significantly at 24, 48, and 72+ pieces.

The standard. Works on light and dark garments, sits slightly on top of the fabric. Bright, consistent, durable.
Sinks into the fabric for a softer, vintage hand feel. Best on light garments.
Removes dye from the fabric and replaces it with ink — virtually no hand feel. Best for dark garments where softness matters.
Metallic, puff, and glow-in-the-dark available. Ask us about compatibility with your design.

We build a digital proof within 48 hours showing your design on the garment, sized and positioned. You approve or request changes.
Once you approve the proof and payment clears, we go into production. Standard turnaround is 15 business days.
