Custom
Embroidery.

Thread-stitched logos on polos, hats, jackets, and workwear. Professional, durable, and built for long-term brand representation.

Embroidery
The Method

Thread Stitched
Into Fabric.

Embroidery uses a computerized machine to stitch thread directly into the fabric. Your artwork is converted into a stitch file through digitizing — a process we handle in-house. Once digitized, your file is saved permanently for perfectly consistent reorders.

The result is a raised, textured, three-dimensional finish that printing can't match. It's the standard for corporate uniforms, hats, polos, and jackets — and it outlasts the garment itself.

🏆
Premium, professional finish

The texture and weight of embroidery elevates any garment. It reads as expensive because it is well-made.

♾️
No minimum — 1 piece is fine

Unlike screen printing, embroidery works at any quantity. Pricing scales with stitch count and volume.

🔁
Stitch file saved forever

Your digitized file is kept on file permanently. Reorders are quick, cheap, and identical every time.

Options for Every
Application.

🧵 Flat Embroidery

The standard. Thread lies flat on the fabric — clean, sharp, professional. Works on almost any garment and is the most versatile option.

🏔️ 3D / Puff

Foam backing creates a raised, dimensional logo. Popular on structured caps and bold lettering. Adds visible weight and presence to your design.

🔲 Appliqué

A separate fabric piece is sewn onto the garment, then outlined with embroidery. Great for large logos where full stitching would be too heavy.

🏷️ Patches

Embroidered emblems made separately and applied to any garment. Good for multiple placements, mix-and-match orders, or future additions.

Already have a digitized file? We accept .DST, .PES, .EXP, .JEF, and most standard embroidery formats. Send it along and we'll verify compatibility before production.

Structured caps, unstructured caps, beanies. The most common embroidery order we run.

👔
Polo Shirts

Left chest logo is the standard. Right chest name/title pairs perfectly for professional uniforms.

🧥
Jackets & Outerwear

Soft shell, fleece, and performance jackets — a stitched logo elevates any outerwear program.

👕
Workwear & Uniforms

Hoodies, sweatshirts, and heavier tees work great for embroidered left chest logos.
